It only seems yesterday that I was nervous about giving interviews at various places for a job, and look at me now, a veteran of conducting about 20 of the same interviews. Back when I was interviewing, I had no idea what people look for, and how to behave in an interview. Of course there were a lot of resources on the web giving advice, but most of it seemed too simplistic. Most people would say, "Always say good morning" or "Dress well for the interview" or such things. And I used to think "Who are these idiots who dont do all these things?". But, after conducting many interviews, I think I may have some advice of my own.
